The contract for the public procurement will be for a duration of one year (12 months) or until its valuable use. The contracting authority disclaims liability and responsibility in case of incomplete fulfillment of the procurement in accordance with the contract concluded with the selected bidder. The offered prices in the price list should also include the discount in relation to the last highest retail prices of the fuels - the subject of the purchase, determined according to the Methodology of the Energy Regulatory Commission of Republic of North Macedonia and valid on the day of opening of the offer. The subject of the e-auction is the total price of the purchase without VAT, including all discounts. After the end of the e-auction, the reduction achieved (percentage) will be applied to the price determined by the Decision of the Regulatory Commission which is current at the time of delivery. Price correction is foreseen, i.e. the prices expressed in the offer of the most favorable bidder can be changed for the duration of the contract, i.e. the prices expressed in the offer of the most favorable bidder will be valid until the adoption of a Decision on increase or decrease by the Regulatory Commission of RSM, which forms the prices of the purchase in question. • The correction of the prices of the subject of the JN contract will be carried out on the following way: The percentage of reduction that will be achieved at the conducted E-auction will be reflected in the price of a liter of fuel determined by the regulatory commission for energy of RSM on the day of delivery of goods...
