Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is sale and successive delivery, divided into three parts: Part I - vegetables.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the List of Assortment, which is: Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ concerns Part I of the order. 3. Conditions for the execution of the subject of the order: The delivered goods must be: 1) fresh, not overripe, not invisible, without pests and insects, clean, without damage and discoloration, 2) not sprayed for at least the grace period before picking, 3) of first quality, meeting Polish standards and correctly packaged, marked and delivered, 4) free from defects that would prevent its consumption, 5) having intact features of the original packaging, 6) admitted to trading in accordance with applicable standards, certificates and expiration dates. 4. The subject of the order will come from current production and from the same batch and should be manufactured in accordance with the principles of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and applicable regulations, in particular it should meet the requirements of the Polish Standard specified in the Act of August 25, 2006 on food and nutrition safety (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1448, as amended) and to be consistent with...
