The subject of the order is the successive delivery of urine testing reagents for the needs of the Polish Anti-Doping Laboratory, divided into fourteen (fourteen) separate Parts. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantitative scope for individual Parts of the order are included in the "Description". Subject of the Order - Product and price form, which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right and the Contractor agrees to purchase a smaller quantity of reagents in relation to the quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Appendix No. 5 to SWZ) and to reduce assortment specified in the above-mentioned form caused by changes in the needs of the Ordering Party, provided that the unit prices given by the Contractor in the offer will not change throughout its validity period.
