The subject of the order is the successive (according to the needs of the Ordering Party) delivery of unmodified C65B3PU/RC cationic fast-disintegrating emulsion to the Road Districts in Olsztynek, Barczewo and Dobre Miecie, in a total amount of up to 45 Mg. 1) The order includes delivery emulsion and its unloading (pumping) to the Employer's tanks, located: a) at the base of the Road Circuit in Olsztynek at ul. Sielska 2A, in the forecast amount up to 15 Mg; b) at the base of the Road Circuit in Barczewo at ul. Kociuszki 80, in the forecast amount of up to 20 Mg; c) at the base of the Road Circuit in Dobre Miasto at 2 Spichrzowa Street, in the forecast amount of up to 10 Mg;2) The emulsion will be delivered each time (in the amount of up to 15 Mg at a time - applies to IP No. 2, and in the amount of up to 10 May be used once - applies to IP No. 1 and IP No. 3) upon written notification of the Ordering Party. The Contractor will deliver the ordered batch of emulsion within the time specified in the offer, but not later than 5 days from the date of notification of the demand.3) The Ordering Party in writing in the notification referred to in point 2, it will each time specify: the amount of emulsion to be delivered to the individual Road Circuit databases. 4) Basket...
