Successive delivery, transport, unloading and bringing in computer equipment for UMP units. 1. The subject of the order is: Successive delivery, including transport, unloading and bringing in computer equipment for UMP units. 2.Detailed the description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ (OPZ). The Ordering Party guarantees the Contractor to award the contract for an amount not less than 30% of the contract value. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the service offered, including all ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes used to complete the order, both as main elements and components, elements of the service provision environment or accompanying solutions, did not include: •ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes indicated in recommendation referred to in Art. 33 section 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, stating their negative impact on the fundamental interest of state security; •ICT product, the type of which was specified in the decision in the case supplier's discretion as a high-risk supplier referred to in Art. 67b section 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT services or ICT processes specified in this decision. Failure to meet the above requirement results in: rejecting the offer accordingly pursuant to art. 226 section 1 point 17 or point 19 of the Public Procurement Law.
