The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into 27 Packages: Packages with the possibility of submitting offers for individual items - DIVIDED: 22-27 the remaining packages are indivisible without the possibility of submitting offers for individual items. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 9 to the SWZ. Delivery of the subject of the order to the City Warehouse Medical Center Dr. Karola Jonscher in Łódź (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź) will be carried out at the expense and risk of the Contractor, in the case of Packages 15, 16, 17, 18, 26, delivery to the Hospital Pharmacy (ul. Milionowa 14, 93-113 Łódź). For Package 3 items 9 and 10 The Ordering Party requires the loan of monitors compatible with the offered single-use equipment for the entire duration of the contract. The borrowed equipment should have all documents necessary for medical equipment, specified by law (instructions use in Polish, current technical passport, document confirming that the equipment is a medical device).
