The subject of the order is the successive delivery of reusable tools, disposable items and accessories for the "Da Vinci robotic system", divided into three packages. 3.2. Detailed description of the subject of the order referred to in point 3.1., can be found in Annex No. 2 to SWZ - Assortment and Price Form (OPZ), Annex No. 8 to SWZ - Draft contract. 2.6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers - 3 packages. 2.7. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 2.8. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of equivalent offers. 2.9. The Ordering Party does not provide concluding a framework agreement. 2.10. The Ordering Party does not envisage any orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act. 2/11. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction. 2/12. The Ordering Party informs that before opening the offers in accordance with Art. 222 section 4 of the Public Procurement Law, it will provide the amount it intends to allocate for the execution of the order for the purpose of verifying that the grounds for invalidation of the procedure referred to in Art. 255 point 3 of the Public Procurement Law. 2/13. Employment requirements based on employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law. - The Ordering Party does not provide any requirements in this regard. 2/14.
