Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the lease of a specialized laboratory system for immunochemical analyses, including an immunochemical analyzer with software and the successive delivery of reagents, consumables and consumables. In addition, the subject of the order includes the supply of equipment, commissioning, integration with the hospital system, and staff training. 2. Description, size and scope of the subject of the order: 1) delivery of reagents, solutions and all types of consumables needed to perform 45, 800 determinations (estimated number of determinations) within 48 months. Offers should be calculated in terms of the durability of all components of the order. 2) Delivery of appropriate control materials in quantities sufficient to perform every quality control at least once a day at at least two decision-making levels, for a period of 48 months. 3)The offered set of equipment and reagents must provide a full diagnostic sequence. The final result is the full test result. The offer should include all costs related to the execution of the subject of the order, including equipment lease, equipment delivery, commissioning, integration with the hospital system, staff training, cost of reagents and all components necessary for the proper performance of tests, along with calibration and internal control. The elements necessary to perform the analysis, not included in the offer, will be delivered at the Contractor's expense - the above should be indicated in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ - assortment form...
