1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of the coagulant: polyglin chloride.
3. The frequency of deliveries depends on the current demand of the Ordering Party, on average: taskA) - approx. 66 mg/month, task b) - approx. 38 mg/month.Water, ul. Zwięczycka 36, ​​35-083 Rzeszow.
7. To each delivery, the contractor attaches the so-called Delivery certificate "containing the order number, loading date, vehicle registration number, assurance of quality in accordance with the product specification (also included) and weight (gross, net, Tara) of the vehicle and surnameperson issuing the certificate and the current transport letter for a given delivery.
8. The contractor is obliged to provide professional advice and assistance in the use of the product during the contract period, conducting testing on a laboratory and technical scale if necessary.
