1 The offered goods (item 3.1 SWZ) must: 2.1. SUFFICIENT Conditions for marketing and for use, provided for in the Act on medical devices of April 7, 2022 (Journal of Laws 2022, item 974, as amended: Act on medical devices), confirmed by current documents (i.e. complete rings or notifications to the President of the Office of Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Products and Biobic Products, Characteristics Cards, CE Certificate, Compatibility declarations, approvals) for those goods, which, in accordance with the applicable law Require this; 2.2.
