Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of meat, poultry and cold cuts to the Forest and Ecological School Complex. The order will be executed at unit prices indicated in the Contractor's offer, according to orders placed successively by the Ordering Party for the execution of the order.2. Food supplies are provided in parts in separate proceedings. This procedure covers one scope: meat, pork and cold cuts. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers in this procedure.3. The contractor ensures the legal production and circulation of food as well as compliance with hygiene and documentation requirements appropriate to the type of activity conducted, in accordance with the 5 draft provisions of the contract.4. Successive deliveries will be accepted every day from 7:00 a.m. to 08:005. A detailed description and scope of the order can be found in the table in the Assortment and Price Form, Annex No. 1a to SWZ.6. The contractor is obliged complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
