The subject of the order is the successive delivery of laboratory materials and accessories for the needs of the Polish Anti-Doping Laboratory, divided into nineteenth (nineteen) separate Parts. Detailed description of the subject of the order and the quantitative scope for individual Parts of the order are included in the "Description of the Subject of the Order - Assortment and Price Form", which constitutes Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. The Ordering Party reserves the right and the Contractor agrees to purchase a smaller quantity of materials or laboratory accessories in relation to the quantities specified in the Assortment and Price Form (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) and reducing the assortment specified in the above-mentioned. form caused by changes in the needs of the Ordering Party, provided that unit prices provided by the Contractor in the offer will not change throughout its validity period.
