1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products for the needs of the Lublin University of Technology. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Order.3. Place of delivery: Central Warehouse of the University of Technology Lubelska, ul. Nadbystrzycka 40A, 20-618 Lublin, or other place indicated by the Ordering Party on the Campus of the Lublin University of Technology at ul. Nadbystrzycka 36-44 in Lublin. 4. The contractor bears full responsibility for the delivery of the subject of the contract. The term delivery is understood by the Ordering Party as the Contractor's delivery of the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's registered office, its unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Ordering Party, at the time and place agreed with an employee authorized by the Ordering Party.5. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the contract using its own transport, at its own expense and risk. 6. Packaging should protect the product against damage and contamination, and should be clean without foreign odors and mechanical damage.7.
