The subject of the order is the successive delivery of fluids and equipment for peritoneal dialysis (hereinafter referred to as the goods) together with the loan of cyclers (hereinafter referred to as the subject of the loan), including: 1.1 Package 1 - Delivery of ADO I peritoneal dialysis kits with loan 1 cycler with a modem for telemonitoring of home treatments and the possibility of modifying dialysis regulations by a doctor from the Home Peritoneal Dialysis Team 1.2 Package 2 - Delivery of ADO II peritoneal dialysis kits with the use of 2 programmable cyclers (1 an older generation cycler and 1 newer generation cycler) 1.3 Package 3 - Delivery of CADO I peritoneal dialysis kits with the use of 3 fluid warming devices 1.4 Package 4 - Delivery of CADO II peritoneal dialysis kits with the use of 3 devices for heating liquids 1.5 Package 5 - Delivery of dressing kits 1.6 Package 6 - Delivery of skin disinfectant consistent with the descriptions and requirements specified in this specification and its Annexes; Detailed list of kit components for peritoneal dialysis ADO I - Annex 2.1 to SWZ.
