Successful delivery of electrical materials Successful delivery of lighting materials The subject of the order is the successive delivery of electrical and lighting materials for SGGW. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the order along with the calculation of the offer price). The Ordering Party requires that the delivered materials be brand new, first-class, packed in original packaging and have a shelf life of at least 12 months, counted from the date of delivery to the Ordering Party's registered office (unless the manufacturer's warranty is longer, then a longer warranty period will apply). The Contractor will be obliged to unload and bring the delivered item of order indicated premises of the Ordering Party at its own expense. The Ordering Party allows materials to be delivered via courier - at the Contractor's expense. The subject of the order must have documentation prepared in Polish: operating instructions, approvals technical certificates, quality certificates and meet PN and EN standards allowing them to be traded and used in Poland and have appropriate certificates specific to these materials. It should be equipped with all the elements necessary for startup and operation the Ordering Party to achieve the purpose for which the subject of the order is purchased, without the need for the Ordering Party to purchase additional elements.
