Description of the subject of the order 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of educational materials for learning English and the granting of a license to a digital educational platform for learning English for the Municipal Kindergarten in Biecz.2. Delivery educational materials will be delivered in batches, in accordance with the current needs of the Municipal Kindergarten in Biecz, reported to the contractor. Each demand notification will include an indication of the number and type of sets of materials ordered. Municipal Kindergarten in Bieczu will submit requests for materials separately for the second half of the 2025/2026 school year and each subsequent school year. Delivery of materials will be carried out on working days from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Contractor at least three business days before deliveries is obliged to notify the Municipal Kindergarten in Biecz about the planned delivery by sending information to the e-mail address of the Municipal Kindergarten in Biecz. Educational materials should be delivered to the address of the Municipal Kindergarten in Biecz.3. Performer is obliged to grant a license to a digital educational platform for learning English to the Municipal Kindergarten...
