Tender Details

Part 1 Biological indicators and electronic control systems for sterilization processes. The subject of the order is the successive delivery to the Central Sterilization Plant of SPZZOZ in Pruszków: biological test kits for steam sterilization (1, 920 pcs.), biological test kits for sterilization with hydrogen peroxide (48 pcs.), vials of biological indicators for steam sterilization (50 pcs.), disposable Bowie-Dick electronic test cards (720 pcs.) and an automatic electronic card reader Bowie-Dick test kits with accessories (1 pc.). Detailed parameters, requirements and quantities are specified in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ Assortment and price form, part 1. Deliveries will be made on the basis of partial orders, within 2 business days of their submission, by transport and at the expense and risk of the Contractor, to the Ordering Party's warehouse at ul. Armii Krajowej 2/4 in Pruszków. Implementation period: 24 months from the conclusion of the contract or until its maximum value is exhausted.
