Successive delivery of computer monitors for organizational units of the Warsaw University of Technology 1) The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of computer monitors for organizational units of the Warsaw University of Technology. Estimated number orders: •24” monitor - 65 pcs. •27” monitor - 130 pcs. •31.5” monitor - 60 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract must come from a legal source and be intended for use in the Union European. The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be covered by the Contractor with at least a 36-month manufacturer's warranty provided at the customer's premises. 2) The quantities of ordered computer monitors specified in the OPZ are estimated quantities The Ordering Party plans to purchase during the term of the contract and does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase the entire product range. Computer monitors will be ordered successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party. The ordering party has the right changes in the number of computer monitors ordered, provided that the contract value does not exceed. 3) The Ordering Party undertakes to use at least (not less than) 60% of the gross value of the contract. Additionally, the Ordering Party reserves the right to place an order computer monitors other (with different parameters) than those specified in the concluded contract up to 30% of the gross value of the basic order contract - provided that the Contractor offers such monitors...
