Successful delivery of computer equipment for organizational units Warsaw University of Technology 1) The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of computer equipment for organizational units of the Warsaw University of Technology. Estimated order quantity: •AiO 24” - 50 pcs. •AiO 27” - 70 pcs. •Workstations - 30 pcs. A detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) is attached as Annex No. 8 to the SWZ. The subject matter of the contract must come from a legal source and be intended for use in the European Union. Ordering party requires that the subject of the order be covered by the Contractor with at least a 36-month manufacturer's warranty provided at the customer's premises. 2) The quantities of ordered computer equipment specified in the OPZ are estimated quantities that the Ordering Party plans to purchased during the term of the contract and do not constitute an obligation of the Ordering Party to purchase the entire product range. Computer equipment will be ordered successively, in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party. The ordering party has the right to change the number ordered computer equipment, provided that the contract value does not exceed. 3) The Ordering Party undertakes to use at least (not less than) 60% of the gross value of the contract.
