1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of coal to the Forest and Ecological School Complex. St. Morawskiego in Brynek, including transport and unloading, with the following technical and operational parameters: 1) minimum calorific value of 26.00 MJ/kg2) ash content max. 6.00 %3) sulfur content max. 0.80 %4) sintering capacity (RI) max. 15.00 %5) grain size 8-25 mm6) moisture content max. 10%2. The Ordering Party does not divide the order into parts and therefore does not allow the submission of partial offers. Offers that do not include full information scope of the subject of the order will be rejected. Reasons for not dividing the order into parts: The order covers the delivery of one, homogeneous type of fuel to one delivery location. Dividing the order into parts would not bring any organizational benefits economic, but it could make it difficult to ensure uniform quality parameters of the supplied coal and to conduct settlements and complaint proceedings.
