3.1 Subject of the order: Successive delivery and unloading of crushed aggregate with a fraction of 0/31.5 mm (excluding sedimentary rocks) to roads and squares in the Warta Commune in an amount of 3, 100 tons.3.2 The aggregate cannot come from sedimentary rocks.3.3 The aggregate is delivered will be distributed successively, in specific quantities, within 5 days of issuing the instruction to individual towns.3.4 The aggregate must not contain organic contaminants and metal elements.3.5 The Contractor is required to have self-unloading vehicles at its disposal.3.6 The crushed aggregate is to meet the PN-EN 13242.3.7 standard. The Contractor will attach to each delivery a certificate confirming the quality and suitability of use for the renovation of road surfaces and hardened road shoulders, confirmed by tests specifying grain size, physical and chemical properties, name. aggregate and its origin.3.8 Required minimum daily quantity of aggregate delivery is 75 tons.
