The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aggregate for the renovation of roads in the Lisewo Commune, i.e. purchase together with loading, transport, unloading and installation: 1) in the basic scope: a) crushed limestone aggregate with a fraction of 0-63 mm - 750 tonsb) crushed gneiss aggregate with a fraction of 0-31.5 mm - 750 tons, with the minimum benefit amount being 1, 200 tons. The number of individual aggregate fractions is an estimate and may change during the execution of the contract. The final quantities and type of fractions ordered will be determined each time determined by the Ordering Party depending on its current needs, while maintaining the minimum amount of benefit indicated above2) within the scope covered by the option law: a) limestone aggregate with a fraction of 0-63 mm - 500 tonnes for the renovation of roads in the area Lisewo Commune in accordance with the delivery schedule.
