Part I of the order - Delivery of aggregate with granulation of 0-31.5 mm 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of aggregates made of natural raw materials such as basalt, granite, gneiss, granodiorite or mixtures of the mentioned minerals with granulation 0-31.5 mm in accordance with standard EN 13242:2002 + A1:2007. 2. It is assumed that the scope of the order will be 8, 000 tons of aggregate, subject to point 3. 3. The quantity of aggregate included in the scope of the order is an approximate requirement. In fact, the quantity ordered may change reduction, but not more than 30% of the estimated order quantity. The Contractor will not be entitled to any claims against the Ordering Party for reducing the quantitative scope of the order during the duration of the contract. 4.The delivered aggregate must be free from defects, meet the parameters and technical and operational requirements specified in the SWZ, have a Declaration of Performance issued by the manufacturer confirming the compliance of the aggregate with applicable standards and physical and chemical properties, meet applicable standards and have the appropriate certificate and do not contain elements harmful to the environment (e.g. asbestos, ashes, etc.) or dangerous for road users (metal, wire, etc.).
