Successive deliveries of water meters for the needs of RPWiK in Tychy S.A. 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of water meters for the needs of RPWiK w Tychy S.A. 2. The procedure is divided into 3 (three) tasks: 1)Task 1: Volumetric water meters dry running with a radio module with an integrated data logger for detailed analysis of water consumption 2)Task 2: Water meters with an integrated radio module or "radio module" DN 50-150 3) Task 3: Water meters with DN impulse module 20-150. 3. Names and codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): CPV main code: 38421100-3 - Water meters 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. Pursuant to Art. 393 section 1 point 4 of the Pzp, the Ordering Party will reject the offer in which it participates products originating from European Union Member States or countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply by virtue of a Council decision does not exceed 50% the total value of the products included in the offer.
