Poultry tenderloin - poultry product made from poultry fillet, formed, smoked and steamed. Color: golden, pale in cross-section, moderate flavor determined by the appropriate amount of spices, and juicy, firm mini structure preserved through a strictly defined brewing time. (a product in which poultry meat constitutes not less than 50% of the raw material). Taste and smell characteristic of poultry meat, with noticeable spices; unacceptable taste and smell indicating lack of freshness or other foreign.
