Successive deliveries of office supplies for the needs of State Administration Units 1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of office supplies for the needs of the State Administration Units listed in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ. 2. Auxiliary the list of State Administration Units and the estimated quantities of the assortment divided into individual Units is attached as Appendix No. 1b to the SWZ. 3. A detailed list and description of the requirements for office supplies is set out in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, constituting the Assortment and Price Form. The quantities of office supplies included in the Assortment and Price Form constitute the sum of the quantities of office supplies for individual State Administration Units covered by the order. 4. Detailed way implementation of the subject of the order was specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which constitutes the draft provisions of the contract. 5. Whenever in the content of the SWZ, including the Product and Price Form constituting Annex No. 2, the subject of the order was described by indication of standards, trademarks, patents or origin, source or specific process, the Ordering Party allows the Contractor to offer an equivalent solution. 6. A contractor who refers to solutions equivalent to those described by The Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the products offered by it meet the requirements specified in the Assortment and Price Form.
