Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of meat and cold cuts for the District School Dormitory in Czuchów. A detailed description of the subject of the order is set out in Annex No. 3 to this ToR and includes, among others: fresh meat: shoulder, ham, bacon, pork loin, beef, neck, poultry breasts, legs, wings, liver, neck, pork loin, shoulder and cold cuts: smoked sausage, dried sausage, smoked ham, hams, parsley, sirloin, etc.2. Food products included in the delivery should meet sanitary and epidemiological requirements and rules HACCP system in catering establishments, i.e., among others: - quality standards or certificates, - labeling, including the date of minimum durability and expiration date, - appropriate method of transporting goods, maintaining the separation of transport, - delivered the assortment must be free from physical and biochemical damage that reduces its useful value, - appropriate temperature during transport and sanitary conditions of the vehicle.3. The contractor will receive remuneration for the quantity actually ordered and delivered subject of the contract. The obligatory scope of the order, i.e. the minimum (guaranteed) quantities, is 50% of the contract value...
