2. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of frozen vegetables and fruit to the facilities of the Wrocław Complex. CPV (Common Vocabulary Zamwie) 1) 15331100-8 fresh or frozen vegetables3. The detailed scope of the order is determined by: 1) Assortment and price form (attachment no 2), 2) Assortment divided into individual districts (Appendix No. 3), 3) List of districts with contact details and persons authorized to collect (Appendix No. 4), 4) Contract template - (Appendix No. 5).4. Order completion date: from the date of signing the contract, but not earlier than from September 1, 2026 to December 28, 2026. Basic frequency of successive deliveries of the ordered products to all areas - once a week (Tuesday) from 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The number of deliveries per week offered by the Contractor is the criterion for evaluating the offers (chapter XI).
