2. The Contractor will deliver vegetables and fruits of - first-class quality, fresh, healthy, clean, meeting the quality standards appropriate for a given type of products that apply in Poland, with current shelf life dates. 4. Vegetables and fruits should be: a) Appearance: healthy (no signs of rot or mold), free from pests and damage caused by them, not rotten, clean, undamaged; b) Color: Typical of the variety; c) Taste and smell: unacceptable foreign taste, aftertaste or smell; d) Uniformity: uniform in packaging in terms of origin, quality, size and, possibly, the same degree of maturity and development;e) Packaging: the goods should be transported in packaging intended for this purpose, made of materials intended for contact with food, not damaged, not wet and clean, without traces of mold and foreign odors.
