The subject of the order is the successive supplies of diesel oil and heating oil for Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Ciechanow for 2026, divided into the following tasks:
Part 1 Delivery of diesel oil to tanks located at the waste landfill in Wola Pawłowska, Ciechanow commune w
estimated quantity up to 330, 000 liters
Part 2 Delivery of light fuel oil in an estimated amount of up to 40, 000 liters to the oil boiler room located in the RZGOK building in Wola Pawłowska.
The delivered fuel must meet all quality requirements specified in: a) Regulation of the Minister of Economy of June 26, 2024 on requirements
quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and conditions in which heavy fuel oils will be used (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2008); b) current Polish Standards: PN EN590 for diesel oil, PN C 96024 for heating diesel oils; c) and must also comply with standards and regulations amended during deliveries.
