The Contractor undertakes to deliver the products, i.e. brand new and hermetically packed, in a way that protects the toner/ink cartridge after removal from the outer packaging, not reclaimed, not remanufactured, not used, not subjected to refilling, disassembly or replacement of any elements, not damaged and in original packaging.
