Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 The subject of the order is: Successive deliveries of coloring agents for printing devices. A detailed description of the subject of the order, i.e. characteristics, requirements and number of a specific type of assortment, is included in appendices: Annex No. 1 to the offer form, Annex No. 6 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the order - OPZ) and Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (drafted provisions of the contract - PPU). The Ordering Party declares to order materials for printing devices covered by the contract for a minimum value of 50% of the gross value of the subject matter of the contract. The Ordering Party envisages applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 of the Public Procurement Law, the so-called "reverse procedure", i.e. the Ordering Party may first examine and evaluate offers, a then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion. The GDPR information clause is included in Chapter II of the SWZ. The contractor will be bound by the offer until September 27, 2026 r. The Ordering Party does not provide for option rights. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers or offers in the form of electronic catalogues. The Ordering Party does not envisage awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 8 of the Act Pzp. The Ordering Party does not expect that the selection of the most advantageous offer will be preceded by an electronic auction (Article 308(1) of the Public Procurement Law).
