Successive deliveries of coloring agents to printing devices. 1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of coloring agents to the printing devices indicated in Annex 1.1. to SWZ Order declares the order of consumables indicated in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ for a minimum value of 50% of the price of the selected offer. The consumables indicated in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ will be delivered successively, according to the needs of the Order. in the assortment and quantities specified initially in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ. Order In depending on its current needs, it has the right to unilaterally make quantitative changes in the ordered assortment in relation to the quantities initially specified in the Annex. No. 1.1 to the SWZ, with the reservation that making such changes may not result exceeding the total value of the contract, and will not cause changes in unit prices. 2. Order does not allow the submission of partial offers. The contractor is obliged to submit an offer for all consumables indicated in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ. By folding offer, the Contractor, in relation to each item in the table, is obliged to indicate in Annex No. 1.1 to the SWZ what products it offers (original or substitutes). 3. Order requires that the consumables offered and delivered by the Contractor meet the following requirements: the conditions specified in §1 and §3 of the PPU and: a)were made of new elements; b) have not been refurbished, i.e. all elements of the product must be brand new; c) no signs of damage; d) in original packaging...
