The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of cleaning products to the Ursynów District Educational Finance Office of the capital city of Warsaw. Detailed description of the item order is included in the Price Form, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and its facilities are admitted to trading in the territory of the Republic of Poland and comply with the applicable quality standards and legal regulations. 4. The Ordering Party requires that the products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Placówek are new, have the manufacturer's name and product description in Polish and are free from defects. 5. The Ordering Party requires that the expiry date is: use of cleaning products delivered to DBFO Ursynów and Branches was not less than 6 months from the date of each delivery. 6. The Ordering Party requires that deliveries take place within three business days from sending the delivery order to the Contractor's e-mail address. 7. The Ordering Party requires that the order be performed on the terms and conditions described in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
