Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of cleaning products. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 5 to the SWZ and Chapter XIX of the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requests that the said evidence be submitted along with the offer in the form of: safety data sheets for the products indicated in the annex No. 5 to the SWZ in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/878 of 18 June 2020 amending Annex II to Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) for confirmation compliance of the offered goods with the features specified in the description of the subject of the order in terms of - density of the products (applies to items 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20), pH of the products (applies to items 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 17, 20), indication of whether they are are dangerous substances (applies to items 1-20). 4. The ordering party requires the contractor's offer to indicate the manufacturer/symbol/trade name or other data clearly identifying the offered product range. If the offer does not include data clearly identifying the offered product range, the Ordering Party will reject the offer pursuant to Art. 226 paragraph 1 point 5 of the Act. The name "Manufacturer" should be understood as the name of the company under which the offered product is sold or of the entrepreneur placing the goods on the market in the territory of the Republic of Poland. 5.
