Tender Details
The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of cannulated screws with washers and drills for the Health Care Complex in Bolesławiec. The parameters described in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ as required technical and operational parameters constitute a detailed description of the subject of the order, the failure of whichwill result in rejection of the offer as inconsistent with the terms of the order pursuant to Art. 226 section 1 point 5 of the Public Procurement Law. The offered goods must meet all parameters specified in the SWZ and annexes as well as quality requirements specified in the manufacturer's technical documentation for a given product, be factory-madenew (cat. I), unused and free from defects and have intact features of the original packaging, with manufacturer's and catalog number markings (if any). The customer requires only professional goods. Each Contractor may submit only one offer for the entire order in written formme under pain of nullity. If the Contractor submits more than one offer for the entire order, all offers of this Contractor will be rejected by the Ordering Party.
