Tender Details

1. The subject of this order is the successive deliveries of basic chemical reagents, specified in terms of type and quantity in the Assortment and Price Form, constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, subject to section 2 and following.2. Subject of the order specified in Annex 2 was prepared on the basis of purchases made under EU-financed programs.3. The contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the principles of DNSH (Do No Significant Harm), entered to Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 June 2020 on establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investments, the so-called taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in Chapter XI of the SWZ.
