1. The subject of the order is the successive purchase of liquid fuels in the cashless sales system for means of transport included in the records of the District Roads Authority in Oborniki. 2. The subject of the order must comply with the applicable standards PN-EN 228:2013-04E for unleaded petrol Pb95, PN-EN 590:2013-12P for diesel oil. The fuel should meet the requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of October 9, 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels.3. Estimated quantity of fuel ordered, is:3.1. 38, 000 liters of diesel fuel ON3.2. 4, 000 liters of PB954 unleaded petrol. The indicated delivery quantities are the projected demand of the Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation, which may increase or decrease. In connection with this, the Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase a smaller quantity of the subject of the order while maintaining unit prices, and for this reason the Contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party. 5. In the city of Rogona, the contractor must have at least 1 gas station at a maximum distance of 10 km from the registered office of the Ordering Party (Obornicki County, District Roads Authority in Oborniki, ul.
