Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS/MEDICATIONS. CPV: 33600000-6 pharmaceutical products 2. The contractor is obliged to complete the order on the terms and conditions described in the contract template constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ. 3. Due to the estimated quantity of the subject of the order, it may be reduced, depending on the diagnostic needs of the Ordering Party's patients, by a maximum of 10%, in accordance with the provisions of § 1 of the contract template. 4.Contractor for all offers pharmaceutical products/drugs must have legally required documents on the basis of which the offered pharmaceutical products/drugs can be placed on the market and for use in health care facilities in Poland. 5. Place of delivery of the order is the registered office of the Ordering Party at ul. Powstania Styczniowego 9b, 81-519 Gdynia - Hospital pharmacy.
