1. The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of pharmaceutical products to the 115th Military Hospital of SP ZOZ in Hel.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order and estimated quantities are described in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, assortment and price form.3. Submission is allowed equivalent offers in those items where the Ordering Party used the manufacturer's designation or brand. In such a case, the trade name of the appropriate preparation offered should be provided.4.
