Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is successive deliveries and unloading (filling into the tank) of fuel oil (light type) to the boiler room of the 115th Military Hospital from the SPZOZ outpatient clinic in Hel. 2. During the implementation of the contract, the Ordering Party expects to purchase 79, 700 liters fuel oil. The final amount of fuel oil ordered will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, therefore the number of liters of fuel oil ordered during the term of the contract may be lower than specified in this ToR. At the same time, the Ordering Party guarantees a minimum purchase of 40% of the indicated quantity, provided that the remuneration for the order cannot exceed the maximum value indicated in the contract. If a smaller amount of heating oil is purchased, the Contractor will not be entitled to any compensation claims against the Ordering Party.3.
