Successive deliveries of road aggregates intended for ongoing maintenance, partial renovations and improvement of the passability of municipal roads in the Czerwin Commune.2) Deliveries will be carried out according to the current needs of the Ordering Party by the contractor's transport and unloading in the place indicated by the Ordering Party in the Czerwin commune. Transport and unloading will take place during the working hours of the Czerwin Commune Office, i.e. from Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The single delivery volume will be determined by the ordering party by phone or e-mail. Aggregate should be transported by vehicles adapted to transport bulk materials, ensuring: a. protecting the material against contamination and losses during transport, b. possible operation unloading.3) The scope of the order includes the supply of the following materials: a. Sand - 150 tons. Road load 450 tons. Crushed aggregate 0/31.5 mm 2206 tonnes quantity of aggregates 2806 tonnes. The given quantities are estimates and may change depending on the needs Ordering Party. The ordering party guarantees the execution of the order at a level of at least 70% of the maximum contract value.4) Availability...
