Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive provision of printing services, including the delivery of materials to the address indicated by the ordering party and their unloading at the place in Poland indicated by the ordering party. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to the draft contract (hereinafter: OPZ). The Ordering Party informs that the maximum number of orders at the same time will be no more than 5, and the total circulation of orders cannot exceed 150, 000 copies. The above restrictions do not apply if each time the contractor agrees to exceed order limits or circulation. Orders for which the contractor is in default will not be included in the limits. 3. Deadline for execution and delivery of an individual order: 1) up to 7 business days - in the case of item no. 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, 14, 17, 18, 19, 25, 26, 27 listed in the Table - Annex No. 1 to the draft contract (OPZ). 2) up to 12 business days - in the case of no. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 listed in the Table - Annex No. 1 to the draft contract (OPZ). The above deadlines start from the date of sending the information referred to in § 2 section by the contractor. 1 draft contract. 4.In the chosen ones cases, at the request of the ordering party, the contractor will provide the ordering party with test prints of the materials - in accordance with §3 of the draft contract. 5. The subject of the order will be delivered in intact packaging, without any trace of damage or destruction. 6. Deliveries of materials will be made on Mon. - Fri. in days ...
