13. The expected number of meals for the school is (196 days x 50) pieces. 9, 800 The expected number of meals for the kindergarten is (222 days x 70 lunches) 15, 540 pieces. Total number of meals: 25, 340 pieces Positive option law: additionally: 20% - 5068 meals, i.e. it does not constitute the final size of the order, as a result of which they cannot constitute a basis for filing claims for unfulfilled deliveries or for refusing to make deliveries. The Ordering Party will not bear any negative financial consequences caused by the reduction of the quantity meal values. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of meals. School: The parties agree that lunches will be served as follows: 1) three times a week: 2 times a meat dish and 1 time a fish dish or 3 times a meat dish (the meat dish must appear at least four types not repeated within two weeks; meat dishes do not include liver, black pudding, bigos), 2) once a week: soup with insert + dessert, 3) once a week: bar dish (azanki, pancakes, dumplings, potato pancakes, etc.), 4) types of soups should not be repeated within two weeks, 5) second-course meals should include...
