Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of vegetables, fruit and potatoes to the dormitory of the Forest School Complex in Bigoraj. Part 1 delivery of vegetables and fruit, A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ. The award of the order may also apply for A contractor who is a flat-rate farmer within the meaning of Art. 2 point 19 of the Act of 11 March 2004 on tax on goods and services. The rules for calculating the offer price by the Contractor whose supplies are exempt from VAT or are not subject to this tax are set out in Chapter XII SWZ.2. Quality requirements relating to the main elements constituting the subject of the order. The Contractor's obligations include: 1) delivering food products to the Ordering Party's headquarters (warehouse of the Forest School Complex in Bigoraj at ul. Polna 3) own transport, at its own expense, within the deadlines, range and quantities in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, 2) delivery of articles in intact unit or collective packaging appropriate for a given type of product, ensuring food safety and maintaining the required temperature.
