The subject of the order is the successive delivery of various food products to the dormitory of the Forest School Complex in Bigoraj. Part 1 delivery of food products. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.2. Quality requirements relating to the main ones elements constituting the subject of the order. The Contractor's obligations include: 1) delivering food products to the Ordering Party's premises (the warehouse of the Forest School Complex in Bigoraj at ul. Polna 3) with its own transport, at its own expense, within the deadlines, assortment and quantities in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party, 2) delivery of items in intact unit or collective packaging appropriate for a given type of product, ensuring food safety and maintaining the required temperature. Information required by law must be included on the packaging or in a document accompanying the delivery, depending on how the product is placed on the market.
