Tender Details

1.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of a urea solution with a concentration of 40% to the Kortowo Heating Plant. The delivery of urea solution with a concentration in the range of 38-42% is allowed. 1.2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the order, it is planned to deliver a total 800, 000 kg, subject to Chapter IV, points 4.3 and 4.4 of the SWZ.1.3. The Contractor is bound by the provisions of the Clauses for contracts used in proceedings conducted on the basis of the Regulations for the Award of Sectoral and Threshold Orders awarded by the Municipal Enterprise. Energetyka Cieplnej Sp. z o. o. in Olsztyn not subject to the Public Procurement Law of September 11, 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), available on the website https://www.bip.mpec.olsztyn.pl/68, regulamin-udzielania-zamowien-sektorowychdoprogowych. Deadline for completion of the subject of the order: from the date of signing the contract to May 31, 2027. The Ordering Party reserves the right to deliver the urea solution earlier and on time before the period included in the schedule. The solution will be delivered successively after notification by telephone and/or e-mail within 48 hours from the moment of placing the order. Deliveries of the solution will depend on its consumption by the operated installations. The Ordering Party informs that the quantity indicated in Chapter III, point 3.2 of the SWZ is an estimated quantity and may differ from the actual demand of the Ordering Party.
