Tender Details

1. The subject of the order includes the successive supply of technical and special gases in a gaseous state for the Silesian University of Technology.2. Order completion date: successively from the Contract Commencement Date for 12 months or until the price of the contract referred to is exhausted in section 2 1 of the Draft Provisions of the Agreement, whichever comes first, subject to section 2. 10 point 1) and section 11 and 6 section 3 point 2) letter e) Draft Provisions of the Agreement. ATTENTION!! The Ordering Party informs that it has a currently valid contract no DZPZ.282.52.2025.EO covering the similar subject of the order. The actual implementation of the contract concluded as a result of these proceedings will take place after the above-mentioned contracts. On the expulsion of the above-mentioned contract, the Ordering Party will immediately notify the Contractor by e-mail. Deadline implementation of the DZPZ.282.52.2025.EO contract is August 7, 2026 or until the contract price is exhausted, whichever comes first. By the Date of Commencement of the Contract, the Parties understand the date of notifying the Contractor by the Ordering Party by e-mail about the expiration of the contract no. DZPZ.282.52.2025.EO.
