1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of sorted, cracked sand with a fraction of 0-2 mm in a minimum quantity of 500 tons, with the possibility of increasing the deliveries to a maximum of 2, 000 tons during the entire term of the Agreement.2. The Ordering Party anticipates the possibility of increasing deliveries to the maximum value specified in section 3. 1 of the Agreement, in the event of increased needs of the Ordering Party resulting, for example, from weather conditions during winter.3. The sand must not contain any impurities or admixtures such as: metal, plastics, wood, organic impurities, soil, clay etc.4.
