3.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of SOLID 3/64 polyester fibers, in a total quantity of 30, 000 kg. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Appendix 2 to the SWZ/agreement. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's location, i.e. DAP d, ul. niena 5, 92-103 d.3.3. The Contractor undertakes to deliver the subject of the order in accordance with the description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ/Agreement. Submitting an offer for the subject of the order not meeting all parameters or having parameters worse than required will result in rejection of the offer.3.4.
